The Episcopal Church Women's organization, which began at the national level in 1871, is open to women of all ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds in the Episcopal Church.  E.C.W. has continued its long tradition of supporting outreach programs both at home and abroad.  ECW continues its long tradition of supporting outreach programs.  All of the money collected in fundraising events goes to outreach both at home and abroad.  We have one circle that meets at Grace.  The Circle meetings include lunch, fellowship, and a special program.

Throughout the year we also provide support to the following programs:

  • The Mitten Tree, which provides gifts of mittens, gloves, scarves, and hats for the children of the Appalachian Mountains.
  • The Jackson-Feild Home for Youth in Jarrett, Virginia
  • The Colonial Pie Sale
  • The United Thank Offering (UTO) is collected by the ECW every November.
