Education for Ministry (EfM)

EFM

Education for Ministry continues alive and well at Grace, thanks to you! This formal program of theological education, as revised in 2012, successfully completed its first run through the new four-year cycle in 2016-2017. Administered and supported by the University of the South School of Theology, trained mentors lead small groups with 6 – 12 members. EfM's four-year curriculum is based on the academic year, September through June. Grace supports daytime and evening groups, which meet on weekdays, time and day chosen to suit the needs of a particular group. Through the successive four program years, members in EfM groups study the Old Testament, the New Testament, Christian Church history, and then Ethics and Theology.
